Account Deletion & Data Removal

You can request account deletion here or directly inside the app under Settings.

Request account deletion code

If an account is associated with this email address, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to it.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the idphotos app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Immediate photo deletion: All photographs (both paid and unpaid originals and processed images) stored in Sydney are deleted immediately and permanently.
  • Check records erased: All photo check history, measurement logs, and job records associated with your account are permanently removed.
  • Authentication cleared: Your sign-in credentials and active sessions are revoked.
